武章心意捶创始人刘武章，男，回族，1956年出生，安徽省砀山县人，出身于武术世家。

Liu Wuzhang, male, Hui nationality, born in Dangshan County, Anhui Province in 1956, was born in a martial arts family.

刘氏武学家学渊源，其父刘允田系芒砀山刘氏心意六合拳第三代传人，对子抱有重望，期望其能在武学方面有所规范和创新，故起小名刘新芳，取创新、留芳之意，学名刘武章，取规范武学章程之意。武章四岁学习家传武学，其父督教甚严。武章醉心武学，以承父志为大业，几十年如—日，未敢稍有懈怠，付出了大量的心血和汗水。武章自1993年开门收徒，并创办了砀山伊斯兰武校，成绩突出，德艺双馨，在国内外武术界名声显赫。部分弟子已走出国门，移居海外，传授武章武艺，受到海内外人士的广泛赞誉。1997年3月，砀山伊斯兰武校，被安徽省体委、省武协评为安徽省“双十佳武术馆校”，校长刘武章被评为安徽省武术馆校“十佳拳师”称号。同年5月馆校被安徽省民委、省体委挂牌命名为安徽省少数民族体育传统项目学校。同年11月刘武章被《中国民间武术家名典》收入典籍。2017年，刘氏心意六合拳被安徽省宿州市政府批准为市级非遗代表性项目，2022年，传统文化文化进校园，作为非遗传承人，刘武章被省示范高中安徽省砀山中学、砀山二中聘为武术教练。2024年1月，受邀出席非遗春节联欢晚会；荣蹬纽约时代广场海外展播工程；经中国东方文化研究会社会艺术专业委员会审核入编“艺术专业人才数据库”。

Wu Zhang learned martial arts at the age of four, and his father was very strict in teaching. Wu Zhang is obsessed with martial arts, to inherit his father's ambition as a cause, such as a day for decades, did not dare a little slack, paid a lot of blood and sweat. Since 1993, Wu Zhang opened the door to receive students, and founded the Dangshan Islamic Martial Arts School, outstanding achievements, moral and artistic, famous in the martial arts circles at home and abroad. Some disciples have gone abroad and emigrated overseas to teach martial arts, which has been widely praised by people at home and abroad. In March 1997, Dangshan Islamic Martial Arts School was awarded the "Top Ten Martial Arts Schools in Anhui Province" by the Provincial Sports Committee and the Provincial Martial Arts Association, and its president Liu Wuzhang was awarded the title of "Top Ten Boxing Teachers" of the Martial Arts schools in Anhui Province. In May of the same year, the school was named as the traditional minority sports school in Anhui Province by the Anhui Provincial Civil Affairs Committee and the Provincial Sports Committee. In November of the same year, Liu Wuzhang was included in the Classic of Chinese Folk Martial Artists. In 2017, Liu's Heart Liuhe Boxing was approved by the Suzhou City government of Anhui Province as a municipal intangible heritage representative project. In 2022, traditional culture culture entered the campus. As a non-genetic bearer, Liu Wuzhang was hired as a martial arts instructor by Dangshan Middle School and Dangshan No. 2 Middle School of Anhui Province, a provincial demonstration high school. In January 2024, invited to attend the Intangible Cultural Heritage Spring Festival Gala; Rong pedal New York Times Square overseas exhibition project; It was approved by the Social Art Professional Committee of the Chinese Oriental Culture Research Society to be included in the "Art Professional Talent Database".

武章心意捶以拳为主，以形为辅，无华而实，拳中有形，取其形，重其艺，以心意指导行动，强调内外三合，攻防模拟自然界的十三种动物（鸡、马、燕、蛇、猴、龙、虎、鹰、鹞、熊、猫、牛、螳）之争斗、躲闪、搏击的形态特点，运用于拳式之中而创出此拳。此拳注重步法，讲求身成为牮柱之势，静如海中礁，动如雷轰鸣，势势不离鹰捉，把把不离虎扑，步步不离鸡腿，实搏时由内摧外，硬如钢，柔如棉，内部不动，外部不发，用的是双插花，千折万变化。共七十二趟拳、械套路，二百零八势单操，练气法、养生法、内功功法、拳械讲义、炼艺、用艺齐全。集养生健身技击与一体，实是武学之章。安徽省蚌埠市张西京教授，对刘武章老师非常敬佩，称赞其为当代武学奇才，武学集大成者，一代宗师。并亲书对联:“横槊孔武安天下，挥毫华章定乾坤”相赠。
