马学林，退役军人，1971年7月入党。北京大学考古专业毕业。宁夏人。国家注册高级经营师、投资分析师。先后在宁夏回族自治区人大、公安、文化机关事业单位工作过，其中做过几年省级领导的秘书，做过委/办副主任；企业总经理、商协会副会长、秘书长等。曾在求实杂志等多种核心期刊和报刊上发表过上百篇文章；参与多种辞典、志书、宗谱、诗书、杂志编辑工作；有20多年编写项目可研报告、项目建议书、项目融资计划的经验。在各种媒体、网络平台发表过一万多首格律诗词和楹联；先后荣获上百项各种奖状，被授予中华诗词传人，诗词著作家，中华诗词一级著作家，当代诗坛杰出诗人，当代中国百强诗人，当代杰出文艺工作者，文化艺术学术博士，改革开放艺术家。荣获2020年抗击新冠肺炎首屇茅盾文学诗歌奖百强诗人德艺双馨诗人荣誉证书、德艺双馨诗人金牌。中国楹联学会、宁夏楹联学会终身会员；中国楹联学会理事、宁夏楹联学会副会长、宁夏楹联艺术家；宁夏诗词学会、黄河诗词学会会员；世界汉学推广形象大使、世界孔子学院终身名誉院长、中国文化网、中国作家网、中外经典文学艺术编辑部签约作家等。大量作品包括美篇被微刊百度选录。2022年喜获中共中央颁发的在党50周年纪念章。同年被香港国际商会联合体任为名誉主席。2023年诗词在“大美东方”首届全国诗书画大赛中获金奖。同年被授予“国家级艺术大师”、获得首届人类文明贡献奖文化艺术类金奖、中国艺术最具收藏价值奖、被授于中国十大最具收藏价值艺术家、获中国文化学者奖、被授于中国当代十大文化学者、获中国文化学者勋章。同年由中国澳门邮政公司发行《荣耀中国》纪念邮册。

同年4月，获世界文化推广大使，15首诗词联和个人简介短视频在百度滚动展播。同年5月，［诗词颂五一，劳动最光荣］特别推荐艺术家马学林诗词作品的短视频分别在百度置顶，百度公众号、视频号、腾讯、官网、抖音、大型视频类门户官网播出，专业配音师配音。［世界艺术代表人物］特别推荐艺术家马学林的诗词作品短视频分别在中国发展报道网-发展中的中国、中国城市网、新华资讯网-新鲜的头条资讯中播出，专业配音师配音。同年5月，担任沿黄九省区楹联邀请赛评委，参加三门峡市楹联邀请赛活动。

Ma Xuelin, a former soldier, joined the Party in July 1971. Graduated from Peking University, majoring in archaeology. Ningxia people. National registered senior management division, investment analyst. He has worked in people's Congress, public security, cultural organs and institutions of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, including secretary of provincial leaders for several years, deputy director of committee / office; general manager of enterprises, vice president and secretary general of business association, etc. He has published hundreds of articles in various core journals and newspapers such as realistic magazine; participated in the editing of dictionaries, annals, genealogy, poems and magazines; has more than 20 years of experience in compiling project feasibility study reports, project proposals and project financing plans. He has published more than ten thousand pieces of metrical poems and couplets in various media and network platforms, has won hundreds of awards, has been awarded the successor of Chinese poetry, poetry writer, Chinese poetry outstanding poet, outstanding poet, academic doctor of culture and art, artist of reform and opening up. In the same year, he was appointed honorary chairman of the Hong Kong International Chamber of Commerce Consortium. In 2023, poetry won the gold medal in the first National Poetry and Painting Competition of "Great Beauty East". In the same year, he was awarded the "National Art Master", the first Human Civilization Contribution Award for Culture and Art, the Most valuable Collection of Chinese Art, the China's Top ten most valuable artists, the Chinese Cultural Scholar Award, the Top Ten of Contemporary Chinese Cultural Scholars, and the Chinese Cultural Scholars Medal. In the same year, Macao, China Post issued "Glory China".

In April of the same year, he was awarded the world Cultural Promotion Ambassador, and 15 short videos were displayed on Baidu. In May of the same year, he served as the judge of the Couplet Invitational Competition of nine provinces along the Yellow River and participated in the Sanmenxia Couplet Invitational Competition.

2024年1月获中华人民共和国国家一级诗人《职称证书》。同年2月获全国非物质文化遗产传承人《荣誉称号》和《荣誉证书》。同年3月，艺术履历和代表佳作入选“中国艺术家代表-全球大拜年”纽约时代广场海外作品展播，并获《荣誉证书》。

In January 2024, he was awarded the Professional Title Certificate by a first-class poet of the People's Republic of China. In February of the same year, he was awarded the "honorary title" and "Certificate of Honor" by the national intangible cultural heritage inheritors. In March of the same year, his artistic resume and representative works were selected as "Representatives of Chinese Artists-Global New Year" in New York Times Square, and won the "Certificate of Honor".
