栗文国，字太迟，号炆枢阁主人。黑龙江省同江市人。1964年出生，中共党员。

CCTV签约艺术家。中华国礼艺术家、国家一级书法师、中国书法家协会会员、香港书法家协会会员，中华炎黄文化研究会副会长。

2021年被中国世纪大采风栏目组评为第21届采风人物，在北京星光大道参加年度盛典，被授予“当代实力派书画家”。2022.3被评为人民艺术家。
