张亚辉，字峻珲.人称墨神1985年毕业于黑龙江商学院，中共党员。现为北京瀚瑞轩书画院院长，第九届中国美协副主席，国家高级美朮师，全国书画艺术委员会副主席，国际名媛书画院院长，中国文化艺术交流协会副主席，中华诗词学会理事，欧洲中国书画院院长，爱溢舍文化艺术传播公司，艺术研究院院长创始人。英国皇家艺术学院“客座教授”，英国牛津艺术学院教授，博士生导师。获联合国中国大学世界和平艺术博士。获世界金奖.国家一级美术师.非遗传承人。  中华国礼艺术家。人民文艺家协会会员。
