The unique characteristics and rich and colorful cultures of the two countries make the two peoples attract each other and appreciate each other's cultural essence sincerely. 李会, 女, 河北承德人，生于1979年12月，自幼酷爱书画艺术，受家庭熏陶，七岁就随父亲学习书法，长大后受启蒙恩师张金民影响，创作国画牡丹题材，为日后成立《会派牡丹》打下了坚实的基础。

近几年来取得了优异的成绩以及社会各界的高度认可，2019年国画《国色天香》刊登发表于艺联网在线展拍栏目，同年签约艺联网，聘为特聘签约艺术家。2021年5月，作品入选参展韩国展览，并被韩国政府收藏，6月国画作品在庆祝建党百年活动中获得优秀奖。9月，个人艺术成就被国际互联网百家媒体进行报道;11月份被韩国书艺碑林协会聘为名誉会长；12月获得尼泊尔甘达科文化交流书画展提名奖，尼泊尔市长亲自签发证书，受到国际广泛的关注和影响。2022年5月份艺术历程被人民网进行了全面报道；9月份入编出版《国画艺术家李会作品选集》得到社会各界的一致好评；10月份入编《喜迎二十大同心艺路齐向党》大型典籍；2023年3月份两会期间，中国教育电视台、泼墨中华情组委会授予：聚焦两会 德艺双馨-书画名家荣誉称号；4月作品入选国际报道：迪拜新闻、欧洲时刊、真理报等媒体。

Li Hui, female, born in December 1979 in Chengde, Hebei Province, has been passionate about calligraphy and painting since childhood. Influenced by her family, she studied calligraphy with her father at the age of seven. As she grew up, she was influenced by her mentor Zhang Jinmin to create traditional Chinese peony paintings, laying a solid foundation for the establishment of "Huipai Peony" in the future.

In recent years, excellent achievements have been made and highly recognized by various sectors of society. In 2019, the traditional Chinese painting "National Beauty and Heavenly Fragrance" was published in the online exhibition and shooting column of the Internet of Arts. In the same year, it signed with the Internet of Arts and was hired as a special contracted artist. In May 2021, the artwork was selected for exhibition in South Korea and collected by the South Korean government. In June, the traditional Chinese painting won an excellent award at the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. In September, personal artistic achievements were reported by 100 media on the Internet; In November, he was appointed as the honorary president of the Korean Calligraphy and Art Stele Forest Association; In December, he was nominated for the Nepal Gandako Cultural Exchange Painting and Calligraphy Exhibition, and the mayor of Nepal personally issued the certificate, which received widespread international attention and influence. In May 2022, the artistic journey was comprehensively reported by People's Daily Online; In September, he was included in the compilation and publication of "Selected Works of Chinese Painting Artist Li Hui", which received unanimous praise from all sectors of society; In October, I was included in the large-scale classic book "Welcoming the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Joining Together on the Art Road"; During the Two Sessions in March 2023, China Education Television and the Splash Ink China Sentiment Organizing Committee awarded the honorary title of "Focusing on the Virtue and Art of the Two Sessions - Famous Calligrapher and Painter"; The work in April was selected for international reporting by media outlets such as Dubai News, Eurotime, and Pravda.

I am currently a national first-class artist, a member of the Artists Association of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a creative researcher of the China Elderly Calligraphy and Painting Research Association, a member of the Henan Flower and Bird Research Association, and the Honorary Dean of the Dengyun Yuntai Mountain Painting Academy.

李会创作了大量的优秀作品，尤其是以国花牡丹为主，牡丹是国之代表，又是花中之王，牡丹雍容大度，花开富贵，是吉祥富贵的象征。牡丹在我国人民心中有特殊的地位，有丰富的文化象征意义。正是因为如此，李会在绘画过程中，反复研习，多次写生，就是为了与“牡丹”为伴，再加作者本身天赋很高，悟性也很高，她笔下的牡丹千姿百态，惟妙惟肖，气势非凡。争相吐艳，笔笔皆是传神之作。画笔雄浑有力，渲墨自然洒脱。品其牡丹，不光给人以视觉上的享受，又有一种坚韧不拔、自强不息的坚贞气节和坚强刚毅、大义凛然的精神气概融于作品之中，这与画家多年来深厚的功底和发自内心对绘画的热情是分不开的。她凭着对艺术的一腔热忱，不断探索创新，使牡丹的姿态与牡丹的灵魂完美契合，使绘画的精神与鲜明的个性完美契合。

Li Hui has created a large number of excellent works, especially the national flower peony, which is the representative of the country and the king of flowers. The peony is elegant and magnanimous, and the flowers bloom with wealth, symbolizing good luck and prosperity. Peony holds a special position in the hearts of the Chinese people and has rich cultural symbolic significance. It is precisely because of this that Li Hui repeatedly studied and sketched in the process of painting, just to accompany the "peonies". In addition, the author's talent and understanding are also very high. Her peonies are diverse, lifelike, and extraordinary. Competing to express beauty, all the strokes are lifelike works. The brush is powerful and powerful, and the ink is naturally free and unrestrained.
